Inaanyayahan ang mga Filipino sa Libya na makiisa sa e-numan (ng kape) na gagawin sa Facebook Live nitong 2pm sa darating na 28 Oktubre. Sa Facebook Live na ito, ipapaalam ang mga sumusunod 1) pagbabago sa pagbigay ng Certificate of Exemption; 2) pangangalap ng case form sa mga Filipino na may problema; 3) rehistrasyon ng LAHAT ng Filipino sa Libya; at 4) pamamahagi ng Consular ID. Bagaman ONLINE ang e-numan, gagawin ito ONSITE sa Misurata. Kaya sa 28 Oktubre, hinihikayat ang mga Filipino sa Misurata na dumalo, magdala ng 1x1 ID, at dalhin ang mga supporting documents kung may idudulog na problema. END
