In recognition of their loyalty and dedicated service to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Chargé d’Affaires, en pied, Juan E. Dayang, Jr., and Ms. Liza L. Dean, Administrative Officer, received loyalty pins after the Embassy’s flag ceremony on Sunday, 20 March 2022.
CDA Dayang joined DFA on 03 January 2002. Prior to Tripoli PE, he served in the DFA Home Office in Manila as Acting Director for Northeast Asia Division at the Office of Asia-Pacific Affairs, Special Assistant at the Office of the Undersecretary for Migrant Workers Affairs, Director for Summitries at the Office of ASEAN Affairs, and Officer-in-Charge of the Intelligence and Security Unit. He also served abroad at the Philippine Embassies of Seoul, South Korea, and Prague, Czech Republic.
Meanwhile, Ms. Dean joined DFA on 27 September 1989. Prior to Tripoli PE, she served at the Office of Consular Affairs and Office of Financial Management Services in the DFA Home Office in Manila and at the Philippine Embassies in Doha, Qatar, and Kuwait, and the former Philippine Consulate General in Saipan.
