In recognition of his loyalty and dedicated service for 35 years to the Department of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Apolinario E. Paguirigan, Finance Officer, received a loyalty pin after the Embassy’s flag ceremony on Sunday, 10 April 2022.

Mr. Paguirigan joined DFA on 16 September 1985. Prior to Tripoli PE, he served in the DFA Home Office in Manila as Special Collecting Officer for the Passport Revolving Fund, Assistant at the Planning Division of the Office of Financial Management Services, and head of the Passport Revolving Fund in the Office of Consular Affairs. He also served abroad at the Philippine Embassies in Rabat, Morocco; Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; and Amman, Jordan; and Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing, People's Republic of China.
