Tripoli, 14 August 2022 - Four (4) Tripoli PE personnel, Mr. Tito S. Ringor, Cultural Officer and Consular Assistant; Mr. Walter C. Villalobos, Consular Assistant for Assistance-to-Nationals; Mr. Lacson M. Casim, Interpreter/Translator and Consular Assistant; and Mr. Arvin C. Cadiente, Embassy Driver, each received a Certificate of Recognition and a loyalty pin in recognition of their loyalty and dedicated service to the Department of Foreign Affairs after the Embassy’s flag ceremony this morning.
Messrs. Ringor, Villalobos, and Casim, who joined DFA in 1992, were recognized for 30 years of service while Mr. Cadiente who started working for the Embassy in 2011 for 10 years of service.
