Tripoli, 24 May 2022 - The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, Libya welcomes a new personnel, Ms. Micaella J. Tobias, who assumed her position as Property and Records Officer on 19 May 2022.

 

Ms. Tobias takes over the position held by Mr. Jose Arcel A. Donato. She joined the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2017 and has worked at the Department’s Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) since then.

 

Ms. Tobias received a Special Commendation from Secretary of Foreign Affairs Teodoro L. Locsin, Jr. in 2019. She has a degree in Foreign Service Major in Diplomacy from the Lyceum of the Philippines University. She hails from Manila.

 

Tripoli PE is the first foreign assignment of Ms. Tobias. END
