eCONDOLENCE SIGNING FOR THE LATE ALBERT F. DEL ROSARIO, FORMER SECRETARY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE PHILIPPINES
ππππππππππππ: The Philippine Embassy in Tripoli, Libya, would like to inform the public of the opening of an online condolence book following the demise of former DFA Secretary Albert F. del Rosario on 18 April 2023.
Members of the Filipino Community in Algeria, Chad, Libya, Niger, and Tunisia, and government officials and staff and private citizens in the aforementioned countries who wish to send their messages of sympathy for the family of the former Secretary of Foreign Affairs may do so through the link: bit.ly/SFADelRosario.
The online condolence book will remain open until 26 April 2023 (Wednesday), 9:00 A.M. (LY time) | 8:00 A.M. (DZ, TD, NE, and TN time).
The messages of sympathy will be sent to the del Rosario family.
